Return Policy and Return Form
Thank you for your purchase! I hope that you will be completely happy with your fiber, but please let me know about any problems as soon as possible, so they can be addressed.
I will accept returns on all orders (except for Custom Orders), for a full refund within 7 days of receipt, as long as the items are unused and in as-new condition. If you wish to return your purchase, you must inform me in writing of your decision - email or using the Contact form on the website is sufficient. Customers will be responsible for return shipping.
All items are shipped by Royal Mail First Class within the UK, and Royal Mail Airmail everywhere else. I will do my best to get your package in the mail within three business days of payment and will let you know if there's a delay for any reason. Item prices will be listed on customs declarations and any and all customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.
I cannot be responsible for lost orders. I am happy to ship packages with tracking and/or insurance if requested, at the buyer's expense. For either tracking or insurance, please fill out the contact form or the notes section of your order and I will invoice you for the additional charges at cost.
