All my fibers are dyed with acid dyes, and rinsed well to remove any unbound color that might remain. Pleae note that while the fibers are dyed in a non-smoking environment, there is a Wee Dog around – he does not get in to the fiber except on occasions when I'm dumb and leave something around where he can get to it. Any such dog-chewed fiber is not going to be shipped out, but some of his fur may be included as a free bonus.

 

All pictures  are taken in natural light, but the colors on your monitor may not exactly match the fiber that you receive.

Packaging and Shipping: See Shop page for shipping cost details. Shipping overages for multiple bumps of fiber will be refunded after shipping. All shipping is by Royal Mail First Class/Airmail – this is not a tracked service. If you would like tracking and/or insurance on your shipment, please indicate this in the notes section of your order and I will invoice you for the additional cost. 


Problems with your order: I hope that you will be completely happy with your purchase, but if you are not, please let me know as soon as possible about the problem so it can be addressed. I can be reached via the Contact form or via email at info@porpoisefur.com.


Custom orders: Want a sweater lot of a particular colorway? Have a picture or an image you'd like to see translated into fiber form? I'm happy to do custom orders. Please use the Contact form and let  me know what you're looking for. A 50% deposit on your custom order is required before dyeing starts, and there is a 10% flat discount on custom orders over 500 g.


Please realise that I am a one-person operation, so lag time on custom orders may range anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
